AIPornChat, accessible at aipornchat.online (the "PLATFORM"), is operated with a firm commitment to providing every user with a lawful, respectful, and safe online environment. Although users of the PLATFORM do not upload content directly, their sessions involve conversational interactions with AI companions and the initiation of AI-generated outputs. All such outputs remain within the user's private account space and are not visible to other users or the general public. Notwithstanding this private nature, the following categories of content are absolutely prohibited and will not be tolerated on the PLATFORM under any circumstances.
1. Categories of Prohibited Content
The prohibitions set out in this section apply to all forms of content, including without limitation text, images, video, audio, and any other AI-generated material produced through use of the PLATFORM.
a. Unlawful Content
Content that contravenes any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation is expressly forbidden. This prohibition extends to, but is not limited to, material that promotes or facilitates illegal drug use, the acquisition or use of weapons, violence, or any activity that encourages unlawful conduct.
b. Hate Speech and Discriminatory Content
Aipornchat maintains an absolute zero-tolerance stance toward content that incites, glorifies, or perpetuates hatred, discrimination, or harassment directed at any individual or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
c. Violent or Harmful Content
The PLATFORM must not be used to generate, distribute, or promote content that incites, glorifies, or normalizes violence, physical harm, self-harm, or harm to others. This prohibition specifically encompasses material that promotes or trivializes suicide, acts of terrorism, or any behavior that endangers life.
d. Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse Material
Aipornchat categorically prohibits all content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or harms minors in any manner whatsoever, including without limitation child sexual abuse material (CSAM), any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors, and any form of abuse, grooming, or harassment directed at persons under the age of 18.
e. AI-Generated Content Resembling Minors
Any attempt by a user to generate AI content that resembles, depicts, or evokes the likeness of a minor is strictly forbidden. Aipornchat has implemented technical and procedural safeguards specifically designed to detect and prevent the generation of such content. Any output identified as potentially resembling a minor will be subject to immediate review and removal in accordance with Section 3 of this Policy, and the relevant account may be terminated.
f. Privacy Violations and Intellectual Property Infringement
Content that violates the privacy of any individual, or that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, trade dress, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity, is not permitted on the PLATFORM. This includes, without limitation, the unauthorized disclosure of personal information, reproduction of pirated material, and any other use of protected content without proper authorization.
g. Impersonation of Real Individuals
Generating content that deliberately impersonates, misrepresents, or falsely portrays any real person — including public figures, celebrities, and private individuals — in a deceptive or malicious manner is strictly prohibited.
2. User Responsibility for Generated Content
Each user of the PLATFORM bears sole and exclusive responsibility for the outputs generated through their interactions with the AI companions, including text messages, voice messages, images, and video. The AI companions adapt their responses based on the inputs and parameters provided by the user. Aipornchat neither controls nor endorses the content generated as a result of any individual user session, and users expressly acknowledge that they are fully responsible both for the outputs produced by the AI and for all actions they take while using the PLATFORM.
Users are required to ensure that their use of the PLATFORM at all times complies with applicable laws and regulations and with all of our Terms of Service and Policies, and in particular with this Blocked Content Policy. The PLATFORM must not be used for any illegal, unethical, or harmful purpose.
3. Content Moderation
While individual user sessions are treated as private, Aipornchat has deployed a content moderation system powered by proprietary AI technology to monitor compliance with these Terms and Policies, and in particular with this Blocked Content Policy. Where the moderation system flags content as potentially violating our rules, SKYNOO INC. reserves the right to conduct a manual review of the flagged material and to take any remedial action it considers appropriate, up to and including the immediate termination of the user's account. These measures exist to protect the integrity and safety of the PLATFORM for all users, and we appreciate the cooperation and understanding of our user community.
4. Consequences of Violations
A breach of this Blocked Content Policy may result in, without limitation, the removal of the offending content, the suspension or permanent termination of the user's account, and/or referral of the matter to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required or permitted by law.
5. Reporting a Violation

6. Right to Terminate
Aipornchat reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate access to the PLATFORM for any user who is suspected of engaging in activity prohibited under this Policy.
