All content made available through the PLATFORM is produced entirely by artificial intelligence (AI) systems. No real persons, performers, or human subjects of any kind are involved in, depicted in, or used as the basis for any content generated or displayed on the PLATFORM.
Because the PLATFORM relies exclusively on AI-generated synthetic content, no actual human beings participate in the creation of images, video, text, audio, or any other media accessible through aipornchat.online. Every character, likeness, persona, and depiction is wholly fictional and the product of automated computational processes.
For this reason, the record-keeping and labeling requirements set forth under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to Aipornchat or to any content accessible through the PLATFORM. There are no performers whose identification documents are required to be collected or maintained under that statute, as no real individuals have taken part in the production of any content.
